Reference the event calendar below for updates about upcoming events, such as yoga classes, group hypnosis, healing circles and workshops. My hope is to create a safe space for individuals to feel comfortable expressing themselves and sharing their stories. In such a space, we can bond over what we have in common rather than what sets us apart.
In these events I draw from the various modalities that I have trained in and studied, as well as from my own interests in passions. I incorporate movement practices (dance, yoga, intuitive movement) for a more somatic, embodied experience, art to awaken the inner artist within, journaling to put our reflections and insights on paper, meditation and visualization to connect with the higher self and focus the mind, chanting to warm up the voice, breathwork to energize the body, and conversation to promote engagement within the group.
My intention for these events is threefold:
1. To promote true connection and create a sense of community, which is very much lacking in today's fast-paced, workaholic society.
2. To promote healing in a group setting that is mental, physical, spiritual and emotional.
3. A time for self-care that is nurturing and enjoyable.
